Established in 2009 our method of training as been to develop kids in being competitive, physically fit and motived. A good athlete requires not only physical fitness, but a strong mind and will to push through pain and adversity. Track and Field can require a person to push their body beyond what they think is their breaking point, it is there when the athlete realizes their capabilities and potential are unlimited.

Experience Coaching

All of our coaches competed at the collegiate level, which helps bring a more tangible experience. Our coaching lends itself to be more "EVENT SPECIFIC". Coaching athletes by events instead of age group is more effective. Your child will be evaluated by the coaches to determine where he or she has the most potential to succeed in an event.
